Sanity
Sanity is a headless content platform that stores content as structured, schemaless data in a hosted backend called the Content Lake, accessible through APIs rather than tied to a single front-end. Content is queried with GROQ, Sanity's open-source query language, or with GraphQL, and edited in Sanity Studio, a customizable open-source editing environment built with React. The platform supports real-time collaboration, Portable Text for rich text, and an image and asset pipeline with on-the-fly transformations.
Best use case
Development teams building custom, structured content for websites, apps, and other channels that want a headless CMS with a code-configurable content model and editing interface, plus API access to the same content across multiple front-ends.
